How do I pay for my order?
Choose from one of the following methods:
- Bill Me
We will verify your account and order; then we will bill your account for the amount of the
order plus shipping and processing.
- Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What are the payment terms?
All orders are subject to approval. For open credit orders, minimum opening purchase is $150.00. Payment for all products and services is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Customer agrees to pay interest at 1.5% per month for payments later than 30 days and all reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency and legal fees. Customer authorizes requests for credit information from any credit service agency.
Customers may prepay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Are the prices the same online as in catalogs?
Prices are the same in catalogs and on this site. Occasionally, we will have special pricing offers
available only on this site.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders for non-personalized products are normally shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders
typically ship within 48 hours of proof approval. Some orders may be subject to longer timeframes for
manufacturing and delivery due to their complexity or the time of year.
