Returns
To help us process your return quickly:

  1. Notify Customer Service that you need to make a return. If necessary, you will be assigned a return label. Call 800-448-2459, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., ET, M-F
  2. Pack the item carefully and be certain your return address is visible. Please prepay shipping, if necessary.
  3. Include your name, address and invoice number in the package.
  4. Please give a brief description of the reason for the return to help us serve you better in the future.

Damaged Goods
Inspect all shipments before accepting merchandise. Note any damage on the freight bill and immediately notify the carrier.


Shipping and Handling
We deliver all items F.O.B. shipping point by parcel service or common carrier, depending on the size and weight of the order. Due to weight and size, some items must ship via truck. Items shipping via common carrier will be shipped prepaid with freight charges added to the invoice. A handling charge will be added to the invoice. Please call for a quote.


Order/Ship Confirmations
To better serve you, we will automatically verify your mail or fax order with an e-mail, using the address that was confirmed at the time of the order. Also, when the order ships, we will notify you by e-mail and include the shipper tracking number (when available). On occasion, you will receive e-mail or fax reorder reminders and product specials. If you do not wish to be contacted in this manner, please call 800-448-2459.

Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. For special orders are large quantities, please call 1-800-527-2450 for a quote.

Payment
TimeWise welcomes business accounts. Just send credit references to open your account. Please be sure to indicate your correct billing address. Terms are net 30 days.

Customers may prepay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

It’s Easy to Set Up an Open Account!
We’ll gladly bill your company for catalog orders once you've established credit. We’ll mail an invoice at the time your order is shipped, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice. Prepayment of your first order, by check or credit card, establishes your credit. Otherwise, please provide two trade references (company name plus phone and/or fax number), bank account number and phone number.

Custom Products
